Thank you for shopping with Artspyre. Because we offer both raw DIY supplies and custom-made apparel, our return policy depends on the type of product you have purchased.
Please read our industry-standard guidelines below before placing your order.
1. Custom Paired Apparel & Merchandise (Non-Returnable)
  • The Policy: All garments and items customized through our pairing service are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Why? Applying a Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer onto a blank garment permanently alters the fabric. This process is completely irreversible, meaning the finished custom item cannot be resold.
  • Our Advice: Please double-check our size guides, fabric choices, and design selections carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Ready-to-Press DTF Transfers & Plain Blanks (Returnable)
We accept returns on un-customized items within 14 days of delivery, under the following strict conditions:
  • Plain Blanks: Must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • DTF Transfers: Must be completely unused, unpressed, and in pristine condition. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any transfers that have already been pressed, cut, or damaged during your DIY application process.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If we made a mistake, we will fix it immediately!
  • If your item arrives damaged, or if we applied the wrong design to your apparel, please contact us at [Insert Email Address] within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a free replacement or full refund for you.
